Release note - Seating Plan - December 2022

We are delighted to announce some exciting updates to its seating plans feature.

You are now able to display up to 10 pieces of information for each student in your seating plans and the information displayed on the tiles is configurable to best suit your school’s requirements at any given time.

There are different display options so at the click of a button you can see 0, 4 or 8 pieces of information underneath each student’s image as well as any incident or reward points. The example plan below shows a ‘4 tile’ view.

There is also an enhanced print feature, allowing you to print out your seating plans in a user-friendly format.

If you already use this area of the platform, please be reassured that existing seating plans will not be deleted from your account.
