Action Step Analysis

Accessing the report

Click ‘Teaching', then ‘Action Step Analysis’, in the left sidebar.

Filtering the report

Click the filter icon to expand the filters.

Select an academic year.

Click ‘Apply filters’ to update the report.

Press ‘Clear all’ to remove the filters and to the default view, which shows the latest available data.

Report sections

Action Steps by Habit

This shows, for each Habit in your school, the percentage of action steps with each status. Habits are the areas your school chooses to focus on for Feedback.

You can select a status from the key to adjust the chart so that only certain statuses are displayed, as above.

Action Steps by Teacher Type

This shows, for each Teacher Type in your school, the percentage of action steps with each status.

Count of Action Steps by Habit

This shows, for each Habit in your school, the number of action steps with each status. Hover over a column to see precise figures. Again, you can click a status from the key to adjust the chart.

For example, if you were to turn off ‘Embedded’ Action Steps above, you would then see more detail for remaining Action Steps. If you want to see live' Action Steps only, turn off ‘Not Completed’ and Embedded'

Count of Action Steps by Teacher Type

This shows, for each subject in your school, the number of action steps with each status. Hover over a column to see precise figures. Again, you can click a status from the key to adjust the chart.

Count of Action Steps by Year Group

This shows, for each Year Group in your school, the number of action steps with each status. Hover over a column to see precise figures. Again, you can click a status from the key to adjust the chart.

Live Action Steps by Teacher

This paginated table shows a list of all live action steps, by teacher. The table can be sorted and searched.

Click a teacher’s initials to visit their teacher overview page.

Click on the ‘Age’ column to sort the Action Steps by shortest and longest number of days they have been open for.

Finished Action Steps by Teacher

This paginated table shows a list of all finished action steps, by teacher. The table can be sorted and searched. Again, you can click a teacher’s initials to visit their teacher overview page.

Click on the arrows in the ‘Age’ column to sort the Action Steps by shortest or longest number of days to complete.
