    Incidents and rewards are the foundations of behaviour records in the system. Tailoring these to your school requirements allows you to collect data for the different types of behaviour happening in the school.

    Point values can be assigned to each behaviour.

    Incidents can also be linked to specific sanctions.


    How to create behaviour incidents or rewards

    1. Access the Admin area and go to Behaviour > Rewards & Incidents. The page will show existing rewards and incidents.

    Selecting the pencil icon will allow you to edit an existing reward or incident should you want to rename it, adjust the points, make it inactive, or adjust the Sort order.

    1. Select +Create Rewards & Incidents to create a new behaviour type. Select the correct type (incident or reward) from the drop-down, enter the name, and a point value. Adjust the Sort order if required and Save when finished.

    How to assign an incident to a sanction

    When new incidents are created, they need to be assigned to sanctions in order for staff to choose these sanctions when recording the behaviour.

    1. Access the Admin area and go to Behaviour > Sanctions. Search for the sanctions that you want to attach the incident to and select the pencil icon to edit it.

    2. Input the incident into the list and Save.
