Approving letters

Article summary

Once a letter has been submitted for approval the member of staff that was set as the approver will be email notified to action it.

The email will contain a link to the letter, alternatively you can access letters waiting your approval by following the below steps.


How to approve letters

  1. Select Leadership > My Letters from the main menu.

  2. Select the heading Letter Approvals to see a list of letters that have been sent to you for approval. Find the letter that you wish to approve and select the eye icon for it.

  3. You will be taken to a page that allows you to view a preview of the letter, approve the letter, or send it back for editing. Once approved, the letter will be published and sent to parents.

If required, you can also make changes to the letter before approving it by using the headings at the top of the page.
