    Behaviour data for a student

    Article summary

    Any behaviour data that is recorded for a student in ProgressTeaching will appear on their student page.

    This is visible to all staff, and can be useful when reviewing data for a student such as their:

    • Incidents
    • Rewards
    • Detentions

    Accessing behaviour data for a student

    1. Search for the student using the search bar at the top of ProgressTeaching.

    2. Select their profile.

    3. Select either the incidents, rewards, or detentions tab on the student page.

    Incidents

    This tab will show a list of incidents that has been recorded for the student. Some key details about the incident will also display here.

    Clicking the plus icon for an incident will show more details for it.

    Clicking the eye icon will take you to the behaviour dashboard, and the page will filter for that incident.

    Rewards

    This tab will show a list of rewards that has been recorded for the student. Some key details about the reward will also display here.

    Clicking the plus icon for a reward will show more details for it.

    Detentions

    This tab will show a list of detentions that has been recorded for the student. Some key details about the detention will also display here.

    Clicking the headings will order the data for that heading. For example, clicking on the Register heading would sort that column, allowing you to see where they have missed detentions, attended detentions or if they have upcoming detentions.
