    How to share logins in bulk

    1. Access the Admin area.

    2. Select Users > Users from the menu.

    3. Select Send emails from the options in the top right.

    4. If you would like to add a message for staff to read in the email that contains their login details, type this into the 'Lead' field.

    5. Enter 'reader' into the role field.

    6. Select Create new passwords, send to users.


    How to share logins individually

    1. Access the Admin area.

    2. Select Users > Users from the menu.

    3. Search for the member of staff.

    4. Select the pencil icon on the right-hand side to edit them.

    5. In the password field, select the wand icon to generate a random password.

    6. Check the box Notify teacher via email and save.
