Quality assuring targets
In the past, leaders of appraisal in schools may well have gone through the time-consuming process of clicking through numerous folders and opening documents in order to quality assure appraisal targets across all staff.
In your ProgressTeaching platform, the quality assurance of all targets can be done from the Appraisal > Appraisal Targets page, which provides you with a live picture of how the appraisal process is going in your school. Here are two tips to make your life even easier:
- If you are reading through all targets, use the 'Rows per page' function so you can read up to 30 rows at a time.
- Use the 'Search' function (see area 1 in the table above) to zone in on individual staff members' targets if you prefer to read through one staff member's targets at a time without anything else on the screen.
