Making feedback consistent
Framing your teaching and learning rubric in a matrix creates a consistent approach that is understood by those giving and receiving feedback.
The matrix helps you to quickly identify trends across your teaching strands either from the perspective of a teacher at individual level or a leader at individual, team, school or trust level.
Viewing your matrix
To view your matrix at any time, independently of a feedback form, navigate to Feedback > School Matrix
Exporting your matrix
To export your matrix, navigate to Feedback > School Matrix then click on the 'Print Matrix' button (see screenshot below). Select 'Save to pdf' or print out a hard copy using your device.
