Managing Appraisal years
Use this page to control which appraisal years are visible and editable to staff.
Before you start:
Permissions:
Only Admin users (school or trust) can access this page.
Dependencies:
None. Appraisal forms link to the years you set here
You can..
- Enable or disable appraisal years for appraisers and appraisees.
- Set appraisal year status: Live, Read-only, or Archived.
- Add new appraisal years as needed.

Notes
- Live forms are fully editable by appraisers and appraisees.
- Read-only forms display a banner and cannot be edited.
- Archived forms are hidden from staff and not accessible.
