Managing appraisal permissions
Use this page to prevent specific appraisal leads or leaders from seeing the appraisal forms of selected staff at a school level. This protects sensitive data.
Before you start:
Permissions:
Only School Admin users can access and edit this page.
Dependencies:
In order to exclude individuals from a lead’s permissions, those leads must have been configured as such in the User Management page.
You can...
- Search for users with school-level appraisal permissions.
- Create a restriction to stop a user from accessing certain appraisees' forms.
- Edit existing restrictions to update excluded appraisees.

- Restrictions apply only within the user’s current school.
- If a user has multiple leadership roles, restrictions apply to all roles shown.
