Linking targets to objectives

Use this page to define objectives that appraisees can optionally link to their targets during the appraisal process.

Before you start:

Permissions:
Only Admin users (school or trust) can access this page.

Dependencies:
None — objectives can be added at any point.

You can...

Create new objectives classified as either Professional Standards or School Objectives.
Edit or delete existing objectives if your school's focus areas change.
Support staff goal-setting by offering consistent objectives to link against targets.

A dropdown choice between "Professional Standard" or "School Objective".	The text describing the objective (e.g., "Demonstrates leadership within the department").	Edit or delete the objective

Notes

Linking an objective to a target is optional. Users can save a target without selecting an objective.
Objectives can help staff and appraisers anchor targets in broader school development or professional frameworks.
