        Assigning subjects for KS4 analysis

        Subjects on the KS4 analysis pages are displayed in different buckets:

        • Basic
        • Ebacc
        • Open

        1. Access the Admin area, and select Quality Check > Progress/Current Grade from the menu.

        2. Search for the year group and subject you wish to adjust.

        3. The column P8 bucket shows the subject's current assigned bucket. Select it to display a dropdown that allows you to search for and select the appropriate bucket, and click the green tick to confirm.

        Assigning subjects for KS1, 2, 3, and 5 analysis

        1. Access the Admin area, and select Settings > Progress* from the menu.

        2. The different SLT page settings will display here for KS3 and KS5.

        3. Filter the list for SLT Group

        4. Identify the required group and edit it. If there are multiple groups for the same year group to choose from, use the Pattern column to identify the appropriate one by the academic year.

        5. Within the next page, edit any lines that appear below.

        6. Input or adjust the subjects in the Attainment Ids area and Save when complete.
