Teacher types

Teacher types allow you to allocate staff into custom groups so that you can filter observations for these groups.

For example, you may create an NQT group, and thus can filter observation data to see the typicality of your NQT's.

How to create teacher types

1. Access the Admin area.

2. Select Settings > Teacher Types from the menu.

3. You will see a list of existig teacher types. To create a new one, select '+Create Teacher Type'.

How to assign teacher types to staff

1. Access the Admin area.

2. Select Users > Users from the menu.

3. In the column Teacher Type select the value and choose a teacher type from the drop-down, selecting the green tick to confirm.

How to filter observation data by teacher type

1. Within the analysis page, selecting the eye icon will display the filters that you can apply.

2. Select the teacher type from the appropriate filter.

3. Once you have made your selection, select the blue filter icon to apply the filters to refresh the data.
