The parent login letter is the email and/or physical letter the parent will receive which contains their login details for ProgressTeaching.

How to create your login letter
Access the Admin area.
Select Settings > Settings from the menu.
Open the 'Parent Users' tab.
- In the field 'Password Reminder Template' write your login letter as required.
You can use Placeholders to capture the login details of the parent. We suggest including the following placeholders as a minimum:
- [[schoolLink]] (this is the URL they will use to login)
- [[username]]
- [[password]]
- Once complete, copy the letter into the below box 'Password Notification Template' and Save.
How to preview your login letter
Access the Admin area.
Select Parent users > Parent users from the menu.
To the right hand side of any account, select Download password reminder to download and preview a copy of the letter.
